About this notice
AXLE X SWARM INTEGRATED SYSTEMS LLC is a New York limited liability company operating under the AXSIS brand. This Privacy Notice applies to the AXSIS website at axsis.group and to information submitted through website features operated by AXSIS.
This notice does not apply to information governed by a separate agreement, employment relationship, or client engagement.
Information you provide
Through the website contact form, you may provide your first and last name, business email address, phone number, organization, job title or role, country or region, organization size, area of interest, preferred timeframe, message, and any other information you choose to include.
Please do not submit passwords, financial account information, government identification numbers, health information, export- controlled information, classified information, or other sensitive data through the website contact form.
Information collected automatically
When you access the website, AXSIS and its infrastructure and security providers may process technical information such as your Internet Protocol address, browser type, device information, requested pages, timestamps, referring addresses, and security-related request data.
This information may be processed through server logs, security controls, content-delivery services, and similar technologies needed to operate and protect the website.
How information is used
AXSIS may use information associated with the website to:
- Receive and respond to business inquiries.
- Evaluate potential services or engagements.
- Operate, maintain, and improve the website.
- Detect, prevent, and investigate abuse or security threats.
- Comply with applicable legal obligations.
- Establish, exercise, or defend legal rights.
Contact-form security
The contact form uses a security verification service to distinguish legitimate submissions from automated activity. The service processes technical signals necessary to provide its security function. Form entries are submitted to AXSIS only after the required server-side verification succeeds.
Service providers
AXSIS may use service providers to host, deliver, secure, and support the website and its communications. These providers may process information only as necessary to perform services for AXSIS or as otherwise permitted by their agreements and applicable law.
Provider categories include website hosting and delivery, abuse prevention, transactional message delivery, business email, and optional website analytics. They receive the technical data or inquiry information needed for those functions. The security verification provider's privacy terms are available in the Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
Disclosure of information
AXSIS may disclose information:
- To service providers supporting website operations.
- When required by law or valid legal process.
- To protect the rights, security, or property of AXSIS or others.
- In connection with a merger, reorganization, financing, sale, or transfer of all or part of the business.
- With your direction or consent.
AXSIS does not sell personal information or use website information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Cookies and similar technologies
The website and its infrastructure providers may use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for security, session management, network delivery, and website operation.
If you allow optional analytics, Google Analytics processes page and capability views, article-reading milestones, diagram selections, and generic inquiry starts, delivery successes and failures. Technical information can include a pseudonymous browser identifier, device and browser information, network address and approximate location. Google receives this information when your browser contacts its analytics service. This is not anonymous browsing data.
We do not load Google Analytics before permission or when you reject it. We do not send contact-form entries, names, email addresses, message contents, URL query strings or fragments to analytics. Accessibility and privacy-request submissions are excluded from lead measurement. We do not enable advertising personalization, Google Signals, session recordings, or automatic form-interaction capture. Reports represent consenting visitors and are not a complete census of inquiries or visitors.
Use “Cookie settings” in the footer to withdraw or change your choice. Our implementation also keeps optional analytics off when your browser sends Global Privacy Control. See the Cookies and Website Technologies notice and Google's explanation of data use on partner sites. A materially different use, including advertising features, requires a new review, notice and applicable choices before activation.
Data retention
Google Analytics user-level and event-level retention is configured to two months, without resetting user retention on new activity. Standard aggregate reports may be retained longer under Google's reporting rules. Our browser analytics choice expires after 180 days; this is a separate period from account retention.
AXSIS retains information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, to maintain appropriate business records, to resolve disputes, to enforce agreements, or to satisfy legal obligations.
Retention periods may vary based on the nature of the inquiry, subsequent communications, security requirements, and applicable law. Information that is no longer required will be deleted or otherwise disposed of as reasonably appropriate.
Information security
AXSIS uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No Internet transmission, email system, or storage environment can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your choices and U.S. state privacy rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights concerning personal information associated with you. You may contact AXSIS to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of information you previously submitted. Where applicable law provides them, rights also include information about recipients, withdrawal of consent, authorized-agent requests, appeals of a denied request, and opting out of sale, targeted advertising or certain profiling. We do not discriminate against people for exercising applicable privacy rights.
Choose “Privacy request” on the contact form. Identify your request and state of residence without sending identification documents or sensitive information. We may request proportionate verification or evidence of an agent's authority and retain information where law permits or requires it. We respond within the period required by applicable law and explain any permitted extension or denial. To appeal, submit a further “Privacy request” through the contact form, identify it as a “Privacy appeal”, and reference our earlier response. You may also contact your state's attorney general or privacy regulator.
State rights and duties differ by residence, processing activity, applicable thresholds and exemptions. Our review includes California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah and Virginia, together with other applicable state privacy, security and breach-notification laws. This list does not limit rights available elsewhere or declare that every statute applies to every inquiry.
We do not use website inquiries for marketing lists, advertising, AI model training, or automated decisions about people's eligibility for employment, credit, housing or other significant opportunities. We do not conduct the sale, targeted advertising or consequential profiling to which applicable opt-out signals relate. We review new and amended requirements before expanding into new activities or jurisdictions. Any required additional notice or choice will be provided before the affected processing begins. A future-law clause does not replace implementing those requirements.
Automated website functions
This website does not offer an AI chatbot or use automated decisions to determine a person's eligibility for employment, credit, housing, or other significant opportunities. Automated security checks and form validation help protect the website and process inquiries. These safeguards are described in our Cookies and Website Technologies notice.
Children’s privacy
This website is intended for business and professional audiences. It is not directed to children, and AXSIS does not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website.
External websites
The website may contain links to websites operated by other organizations. AXSIS is not responsible for the privacy, security, or content practices of external websites.
Changes to this notice
AXSIS may update this Privacy Notice as the website, its services, or applicable requirements change. The revised notice will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
