Support Across Your
Business Technology Stack
AXSIS helps organizations evaluate technology investments, connect existing systems, deploy new platforms, strengthen controls, and establish ongoing operational support.
Our advisory, architecture, procurement, cybersecurity, and professional services address requirements across cloud services, business applications, identity, data flows, and operational workflows. Capabilities can be engaged individually or combined around a broader initiative.
The scope, deliverables, and responsibilities are agreed for each engagement. The examples below illustrate the work that may be included.
01
Advisory and Technology Assessment
Establish a clear basis for technology decisions. We work with business leaders and technical stakeholders to understand the goals, assess the existing environment, and identify gaps, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.
Executive decision briefs explain recommendations, alternatives, tradeoffs, anticipated impacts, and decisions required. Existing investments are considered alongside proposed changes so leadership can evaluate what to retain, improve, or replace.
02
Architecture and Solution Design
Translate business and technical requirements into a practical design for the technology environment. We define how platforms, applications, information, and workflows connect, accounting for interoperability, security, resilience, and operational ownership.
Architecture and dependency maps make those relationships visible. Documented design decisions explain how the proposed solution fits the existing environment and what implementation will require.
03
Platform Selection and Procurement
Evaluate platform fit, licensing, and acquisition options against the agreed requirements. We consider compatibility, implementation needs, operating costs, and capabilities already available within the organization.
Where AXSIS holds the applicable vendor authorization, we supply licenses, subscriptions, and services through reseller or service-provider arrangements. Procurement proposals connect the commercial offer with the intended use and delivery requirements.
Applicable authorization, availability, vendor terms, and procurement responsibilities are confirmed before an order is placed.
04
Integration and Implementation
Configure, connect, and deploy platforms, applications, and workflows within the agreed scope. We coordinate implementation requirements, test the intended behavior, and validate the delivered solution against defined acceptance criteria.
Deployment and recovery plans account for affected systems and operational constraints. Test results and acceptance records document how the delivered work meets the agreed requirements.
05
Cybersecurity and Resilience
Address technology risk through architecture, configuration, and controls that support confidentiality, integrity, and availability. We consider data protection, security and privacy requirements, and continuity alongside the organization’s operating needs.
Control-to-evidence mapping connects implemented controls with relevant requirements and supporting records. This helps the organization understand what has been addressed and what remains within its security and compliance responsibilities.
06
Operational Enablement
We prepare your organization to operate and maintain the delivered solution through documentation, knowledge transfer, and structured operational handover.
Role-based workshops, walkthroughs, and working sessions help the receiving team understand configuration, operating procedures, dependencies, and responsibilities. The handover package gives that team a practical reference for continued operation.
Continuing Support
Managed Services
For organizations that need continuing operational support, AXSIS offers managed services to operate and support agreed technology systems, either alongside an internal team or where that operational capacity is needed.
Managed services can be procured through a separately scoped and priced agreement with an annual contract term. They are not automatically bundled into an implementation engagement.
The agreement defines the supported systems, service activities, coverage hours, response commitments, and responsibilities.
Engagement
Defined Scope and Responsibilities
Before delivery begins, the engagement establishes the work, deliverables, dependencies, responsibilities, acceptance criteria, and commercial terms.
This includes the access, information, and approvals required from the organization, together with responsibilities shared with other providers. Proposed changes to the agreed scope are reviewed before additional work proceeds.
