Scope
This notice covers the public website at axsis.group, operated by AXLE X SWARM INTEGRATED SYSTEMS LLC. Staff applications require separate authentication and may use additional sign-in cookies. Visiting an external website from a link is subject to that website's notice.
What these technologies do
Cookies are small values stored by your browser. Security services also use temporary browser signals and verification tokens to distinguish legitimate requests from abuse. These functions can process device, browser, request and network information even when no cookie is stored.
Essential security technologies
The following inventory reflects the deployed configuration reviewed on October 29, 2026. Security cookies are conditional: a service may issue them when a challenge or bot check is needed, so every visit will not contain every entry.
- cf_clearance
- Provider: Cloudflare. Records successful security verification when an edge challenge issues clearance. The configured challenge passage is 30 minutes; security checks may refresh it. The contact form's verification widget does not issue pre-clearance in the current configuration.
- __cf_bm
- Provider: Cloudflare. May be issued by bot-protection features to distinguish automated traffic. If issued, it expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. It is a security cookie, not an advertising profile.
- cf_chl_* challenge values
- Provider: Cloudflare. Temporary technical values used during security challenges. Their lifetime depends on the challenge and browser; they are not used by AXSIS for marketing. See the provider's current cookie documentation for feature-specific behavior.
- Contact-form verification token
- Provider: Cloudflare Turnstile. A short-lived, single-use token submitted with the form for server-side security verification. It expires after five minutes and is reset after a submission attempt. It is not an AXSIS analytics cookie.
Optional analytics and preference storage
Provider: Google Analytics. With your permission, we measure page and capability views, article-reading milestones, diagram selections, contact-page visits, and generic business-inquiry starts, delivery successes and failures. We use these measurements to improve content and the inquiry process. We do not send form entries, personal names, email addresses, messages, query strings or URL fragments to analytics. Privacy-request and accessibility-help submissions are not counted as leads. Automatic form capture and advertising features are off.
- _ga and _ga_YF9SKWNJ2H
- First-party Google Analytics cookies used to distinguish browsers and sessions after you allow analytics. We configure a maximum lifetime of 180 days, bounded by the current consent period, without extending it on each visit. Your browser may shorten that period. Withdrawing permission clears these analytics cookies for axsis.group and stops further analytics on the current page.
- axsis.analytics-consent.v1
- AXSIS local storage containing your analytics choice and its time, without a visitor ID or contact information. It expires for consent purposes after 180 days. If local storage is unavailable, your choice applies only to the current page. This preference is used to respect your choice, independently of analytics permission.
Google receives browser/device information and network information through consented requests and uses a pseudonymous browser identifier. Optional analytics is not anonymous. See the Privacy Notice and Google's partner-site data explanation. Essential infrastructure security logs remain in use independently.

Your choices
You can inspect, block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential security technologies may interrupt access or form submission. For assistance, use the contact form and choose “Accessibility help or feedback”. Deleting cookies does not delete a message already sent to us; use the privacy-request route for that.
Browser controls normally apply only to the browser, profile and device where you change them. Repeat your choices on other browsers or devices as needed. Clearing security cookies may require you to complete verification again.
“Allow analytics” enables optional measurement; “Reject analytics” keeps it off. Both choices leave essential security available. “Cookie settings” in the footer lets you change or withdraw your choice using a separate optional-analytics control. Withdrawing does not reload the page or erase an unfinished inquiry. If you re-enable analytics after withdrawing it, measurement resumes on your next page. Withdrawing does not retroactively delete data already received by Google; you can request assistance through our privacy-request contact route. We do not treat continued browsing as consent.
Privacy signals and changes
We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, use targeted advertising, or perform consequential profiling through this website. Our website keeps optional analytics off when Global Privacy Control is present, including when an earlier choice allowed analytics. We do not change essential security operation in response to the older Do Not Track signal.
We review this inventory when website features or security services change and update the revision date for material changes. Send questions through the contact form.
